This course offers the prospective receptionist the opportunity to learn new skills and improve existing skills in the five main areas of hotel reception work:

  • Health and Safety
  • Office Procedures
  • Information Communications Technology
Each module is complete in itself and modules can be accessed in any order.  Complete each module and the assignment to finish the whole course or choose separate modules to brush-up existing skills and underpinning knowledge.
