Hotel Perfect is a Hotel Management System that has been designed for establishments with under 150 rooms.  It is compatible with Microsoft Windows and fully integrates with MS Word.

From the first enquiry to the hotel, all the prospective guest's details can be recorded and added to the database.  The information required, ensures the maximisation of the information gained from potential guests.  This allows management to track the success of advertising campaigns, to identify the type of accommodation required and much more.  Obtaining this type of information from all enquiries builds a detailed database from which further mailshots can be run to help improve occupancy.

Inputting every enquiry in this manner, ensures that when bookings are made, the details can be instantly retrieved from the database.  The enquirer's details only have to be entered once, and hence this saves time and effort, and improves the efficiency and the customer's impression of the hotel.
