Part D - Guest History

You are a receptionist in a hotel which has only been open for two years, and an analysis ofShake hands  the sales figures show that an increasing percentage of business is repeat bookings.  The manager wants to ensure this sector of the market is developed and has suggested that the front office maintain a file of regular guests.

Tasks

  • Design a suitable form for a Guest History Card.
  • Suggest ways in which repeat business can be encouraged.
  • List some incentives which could be offered to regular clients to ensure their continued loyalty.
